Hardwood Artisans has been creating solid hardwood furniture in Northern Virginia since 1976. Our time-tested methods of joinery and superior wood ensure that your investment in quality will be rewarded by furniture that will last for a hundred years or more.

We have a standard line of over 500 pieces, but because each item is constructed just for you at the time of your order, even standard pieces are eminently customizable. We offer seven different woods, several different edge treatments and many hardware options on a great majority of our pieces.

If in your travels through our site, you do not see a piece that meets your needs, please call us at 1-800-842-6119 and speak to one of our sales consultants or stop by and see them at one of our Washington, DC area showrooms. Each sales consultant is trained to resize and add options to standard pieces as well as how to design custom furniture. Our sales staff is not on commission and genuinely wants to provide good solutions to your home furnishing dilemmas.

Payment can be made with personal check, cash, money order, MasterCard, Amex, Visa or Discover.

Rate Quotes Outside of Our Normal Delivery Area

Within 300 miles of our shop in Elkwood, VA, we prefer to deliver your furniture with our own professional set-up crews and trucks. Ask your sales person to explain the one man & two man delivery rates.

For Long Distance deliveries we work very closely with an exceptional white glove delivery company and freight companies including UPS & ESTES. Freight to deliver to the 48 contiguous states.

Once a shipping request is submitted it will take 1-2 business days to obtain the appropriate quotes from one or more companies that deliver to your area.
