Handmade in the USA. Peter Chapman has developed a unique technique for carving single pieces of wood into three-dimensional puzzle sculptures that move and articulate like the animals they represent—and each animal has something hidden inside! Peter has been developing his craft from his studio on the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia since the 80s. The painstaking craftsmanship and unique experience create puzzles that are unique, challenging and fun.
Each puzzle is made from a single piece of native or exotic hardwood. The Sea Otter is made from mahogany and has a hidden clam inside. Each puzzle includes a flyer with a few pointers and some care tips.
Each puzzle is made from a single piece of native or exotic hardwood. Once the eye pin is removed, the interlocking pieces may be removed sequentially.
