Our Response to COVID-19

In light of this difficult time, we wanted you to know how we are responding to the ever changing events surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing events and will continue to follow the guidelines from public health officials and government agencies.

Our Virginia Showrooms in Arlington (Village at Shirlington), Charlottesville (Shops at Stonefield) and Culpeper (near the Culpeper Regional Airport) remain open for business to all retail customers. As mandated in Governor Northam's Executive Order 53, we are qualified as a nonessential brick and mortar retail business and can continue to operate but must limit all in-person shopping to no more than 10 patrons per establishment. We have implemented increased sanitizing procedures per the Governor's Order and are closely adhering to the safe social distancing practices.

Additionally, our showrooms are equipped with the technology and capabilities to effectively communicate with customers via email or over the phone. So please give us a call or send an email and let us know how we can assist you:

Our Maryland Showroom (Bethesda) has been impacted by Governor Hogan's Executive Order Number 20-03-23-01 which has issued a directive to, among other things, close all non-essential businesses. Our showroom manager, Stephen Doyle, will continue to field all telephone and email messages off-line during this temporary closure. Please reach out to Stephen for your furniture needs at 240.483.0250.

As always, we appreciate your continued support and loyal patronage of our bespoke products. We look forward to the day of business normalcy and appreciate your patience and understanding during this ever-evolving time. Be safe. And remember ...
