Hardwood Artisans has an extremely versatile and well thought out line of cabinets that we call our Wall Unit System. The basic building block is a cabinet that is 32" wide x 18" deep x 82" tall. In its most simple form, this could be a basic open bookcase.

Add doors or drawers at the bottom, and it becomes a storage cabinet and a bookcase.

Put several side by side, add top glass doors, some crown molding, and display lights, and now you are really getting somewhere!

These wall units are free standing pieces, so you can take them with you if you move, but we can vary the dimensions to fit your TV, fill your alcove, or go floor to ceiling. We call this “built to fit”, as opposed to “built in”.

We have rarely met a wall problem that we couldn’t solve with our Wall Units. Bring in a sketch of your room and the dimensions of the wall in question. Our sales staff will be glad to help you design exactly what you want and our shop craftsmen will bring it perfectly into existence.
