Our Prairie Bed is one of the few pieces that Hardwood Artisans makes that might be thought of as a reproduction. This type of bed was introduced by Gustav Stickley almost a hundred years ago as part of his "Mission Oak" line. It has become an enduring classic. We looked at the original design and reworked the dimensions to get just the look we were after.
